error with api controller.tt

this morning i created a new project and updated to 120823, and right now updated to 120824.
with both the versions i ghave this error

Compiling transformation: The type or namespace name 'MvcTextTemplateHost' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) ApiController.tt

This seems like a setup issue. Can you repro with VS2012 RTM bits or VS2012.2 release?
