Razor layout page does not throw a exception if layout is it self

Hi!

Lets say I have a razor layout-page (A), and I by mistake have set the layout to be the same location as A, it does not throw a exception, but crashing (locally, my computer freeze)

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We considered fixing this, with a net result of throwing earlier rather than later with a better exception.

The net result seems not to justify the risk in taking the fix, so we decided not to take it.
