WebAPI GET request: ISO date is being deserialized to server local time

An ISO date string "2013-07-22T18:30:00.000Z" should be constructed as UTC kind DateTime. This works correctly with POST request however, when passed as GET request, it is constructed as Local time of the server which is not correct. Is this a known issue or am I missing something? As a workaround I'm making POST instead of GET for all query requests that has date as param.

Can you please create an issue in our Issue Tracker with a simple project that reproduces the issue so that we can take a look?

Thanks!
