When a NuGet package is marked rtm-130912, isn't it supposed to be released then? I saw Web API 5.0.0-rtm-130912 but it wasn't released yesterday. Now suddenly it has changed to rtm-130913. I'm waiting for this to go stable.

What is going on?

I assume you are seeing those packages on our MyGet feed? We publish nightly signed builds on MyGet, but these builds are all preview builds. The rtm-xxxxxx suffix actually indicates that the package is still a preview package - it's just a preview package for the upcoming RTM release. You can find details on how preview NuGet packages are versioned here.

You can expect the actual RTM packages to get published as stable packages to NuGet.org later this fall.

Thank you for cleaning up the misunderstanding.
